STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- A Stillwater woman injured in a car accident with former Oklahoma State basketball coach Eddie Sutton wants her lawsuit moved from Payne County.

Teresa Barnard, who is suing OSU, Sutton and others, says the longtime basketball coach is too popular in Payne County for her to get a fair trial. She asked a judge Friday to move the trial to Oklahoma County.

Sutton pleaded no contest to aggravated drunken driving after the February 2006 accident in which he wrecked his OSU-provided sport-utility vehicle on the way to the Stillwater airport for a team flight.

He struck Barnard's vehicle, then crashed without braking into a tree, police said.

In May 2006, he announced his retirement.
