A mother makes a deal in a Muskogee shaken baby case. Prosecutors say 25-year-old Angela Ray Warren of Muskogee will plead guilty to child neglect charges. In exchange, Warren will receive a 15 year prison sentence.

In November of 2006, Angela Ray Warren left her 5-month-old baby with her sister Latonya Whitelaw. Prosecutors say the baby was severely shaken while in Whitelaw's care.

The infant was hospitalized, but survived.
