OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma City police took a man into custody Sunday during the Oklahoma Centennial Parade.
Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Keith Vance says the man was arrested after officers received reports of a man with a weapon.
Some people mistakenly believed he had a gun.
Sgt. Keith Vance says the man, who wasn't immediately identified, had a long blade on him. He says the man didn't attack anybody or approach anyone with it.
He says officers arrested him after spectators pointed him out.
