Attorneys are selecting a jury in the trial of a former “Tulsa World” deliveryman accused of murdering his customers. Paul Williford is currently serving a life sentence for the attempted murder of a 75-year-old woman. He pleaded guilty in that case last year. Court records show Williford nearly choked the woman to death but he was scared away when the victim's granddaughter showed up unexpectedly.

After his arrest, Williford confessed to murdering two other elderly women, 75-year-old Geraldine Lawhorn and 73-year-old Donna Stauffer, although he’s now pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Williford is being tried on two counts of first-degree murder for those crimes.
