Tulsa Police are seeking help from the public to locate a man police officers want to talk to about a recent Tulsa homicide. Tulsa Police have released a sketch of man. Police say the man is Hispanic, about 21 years old and has a red and black tattoo on his upper left arm.
Police tell the News On 6, the man could be working in the Tulsa area as a carpenter or a brick layers helper.
Tulsa Police say they want to talk to the man in the sketch about Carl Allen’s death.
Allen was stabbed to death in his home in the 1200 block of South St. Louis on Sunday, September 16.
Anyone with information about the man in the sketch is asked to call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS.
