The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing two Tulsa nursing homes for sexual harassment. In the lawsuit filed in federal court in Tulsa, a woman who worked at the Wildwood Care Center at 3333 East 28th Street says another employee made lewd comments to her and trapped her against a dryer, trying to kiss her against her will. The man was also an employee at another nursing home, Colonial Manor Nursing Home at 1815 East Skelly Drive.

The woman claims she complained to management at both nursing home facilties. According to the lawsuit, the managers of both nursing centers talked to the man once. However, when the problems persisted, the woman claims they did nothing to stop the problem.
