Van Strikes Man In Middle Of Highway

An auto pedestrian accident late Wednesday night sent one man to a Tulsa hospital. The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, south of Glenpool on U.S Highway 75 at 201st Street South.
Authorities say a northbound van on U.S Highway 75, hit a man who was in the middle of the highway. The victim was flown to a Tulsa hospital.
Glenpool Police officers at the accident scene believe the man may have been drinking. The woman driving the van was not hurt. There is no word on the man's medical condition.
