TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- The owner of a Tulsa day care who's charged in the death of a 2-year-old boy is to go on trial February 4th. A Tulsa County District Court judge Monday set the trial date for Vicki Chiles who is charged with first-degree murder of Joshua Minton.
Authorities say the boy died after his mouth was taped shut and his hands taped together.
Tulsa Police say Chiles admitted taping the boy saying she did so because he wouldn't be quiet during nap time.
Chiles is also charged in an unrelated case with abuse of an 8-year-old special needs boy.
