OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The state Department of Environmental Quality is issuing an Air Quality Health Advisory for Wednesday for nearly all of Oklahoma because of ozone.
Officials say the air in Tulsa, Rogers and Wagoner counties will be unhealthy. DEQ says the remainder of the eastern half of Oklahoma except the far southeast will be unhealthy for people in sensitive groups such as people with respiratory problems.
The air in the far southeast and the western half of the state will create a moderate risk for residents.
Also the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments is issuing a Clean Air Alert because of ozone.
