JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) -- Arkansas State University says its residence halls have just about reached capacity for the fall semester.
The school says overflow students will live at a local motel -- a Comfort Inn -- until dorm space opens up. The university will pay the hotel bill.
Campus officials say last-minute cancellations and reservations mean the number of students to live on campus is changing hourly. The campus won't know whether it has enough rooms until Saturday, which is move-in day.
