BENICIA, Calif. (AP) _ Minnesota Vikings top pick Adrian Peterson has an endorsement deal.

The 6-foot-2, 218-pound running back out of Oklahoma, taken seventh overall in the April draft, has signed a three-year agreement with CytoSport Inc., the maker of Muscle Milk and Cytomax Performance Drink. He'll appear in print and broadcast advertising campaigns, in-store programs and an online initiative.

Greg Pickett, founder of CytoSport, says that any kid that has the nickname AD (all day) for his style on and off the field, is a kid that we like.

Peterson, an All-American, finished second in Heisman voting as a freshman, has the second most career carries at OU with 747 and third most yards on the ground with 4,045.
