They say Tulsans like to make visitors feel right at home, now some people are taking that a step further for the PGA. Dozens of people are looking to rent out their homes for the week of the tournament. News On 6 business reporter Steve Berg reports the homeowners are looking to make a little green, with the golfers in town.

Diana Behm just bought a house in midtown Tulsa and she’s already looking to rent it out, but just for the week of the PGA Championship.

"That way we could earn a little extra money to continue fixing up the house," Tulsa homeowner Diana Behm said.

Behm is one of nearly 100 different Tulsa rental properties offered on Craig's List, an internet-based classified ad service.

"I frequent Craig's List myself and I had noticed there were several homes on there for the PGA, and I thought y'know I could probably do that," Behm said.

The ads run the gamut from a luxury home renting for $12,000 for the week, to a guy who says he’ll let you sleep on his couch during the week of the tournament if you give him an iPhone. Behm is probably somewhere in the middle, $3,500 for the week, which she figures is better than you could find for a nice hotel.

"When you have four bedrooms with two queen size beds, and all the amenities of a home, TV, wireless internet, I was thinking that might not be too bad," said Behm.

Including maid service.

"Certainly, because I want to make sure the house stays maintained too, since it's mine and I have a vested interest in the property," Behm said.

Which makes us wonder, is she worried about strangers in her house? But she says it's not like she's renting to rock stars.

"You're always a little bit nervous, but I'm thinking that most people who would come to a PGA are just looking for a nice place and nice time," Behm said.

Word is that Tiger Woods has rented a house in Tulsa before, when playing at Southern Hills, but we don't know exactly where. We're guessing he paid more than an iPhone.
