OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Television producer Nancy Miller says she's finally realizing a dream of a television series set in her hometown of Oklahoma City.

Miller is both producer and writer for ``Saving Grace'' starring Academy Award-winning actress Holly Hunter as Oklahoma City police officer Grace Hanadarko.

The character is described as having a painful past and a penchant for fast living. The show premieres at 9 Monday night on the TNT Network.

Miller says she's tired of the way Hollywood portrays Oklahoma and any other area that's not New York or Los Angeles.

And Hunter also has Oklahoma ties with both her parents from the Sooner state.

The pilot was filmed in Canada and other episodes were shot in LA, but location shooting was in Oklahoma City and Miller says she hopes to do more filming in the city.
