The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating an employee at the Creek County District Attorney's office who's accused of molesting a little girl. The Creek County Sheriff's office took the initial complaint and requested the state agency's help.

Creek County District Attorney Max Cook says the employee is still working, and has not been placed on suspension. He says he will wait to see what the OSBI recommends, before deciding whether to recuse himself from prosecuting the case.
