STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- One of Oklahoma's most famous restaurants will begin an anniversary celebration on Monday. Eskimo Joe's in Stillwater is celebrating 32 years in business during the next week with a theme of "Sweet Home Oklahoma!" During the week, guests at the eatery located near the Oklahoma State University campus can experience live music, food and drink specials and prize and trip giveaways.
Monday night Eskimo Joe's will host a donation drive for the HUGS Project, an organization that collects items for use by U.S. soldiers. OSU basketball coach Sean Sutton and his staff and former OSU players will visit customers on Tuesday night, seeking donations to the OSU Coaches versus Cancer campaign.
