Oklahoma flooding turns deadly. A body was discovered Thursday at a Budget Inn in Coffeyville. The victim was found during a search of the flooded area. The victim's identity has not been released.
This is the first fatality discovered of the recent flood.
Coffeyville Police say the victim reportedly refused to leave his motel room despite being warned of the impending floods.
