DALLAS (AP) _ One of the nation's top girls soccer teams ends the season with a disappointing loss in Dallas.

The Edmond-based 16-and-under girls team lost 3-1 Wednesday to a Dallas squad in the U.S. Youth Soccer Southern Regional championship game.

Oklahoma had 14 teams in the U.S. Youth Soccer Southern Regionals field, but none will play in the national tournament in Frisco, Texas, that begins July 24th
