KINGFISHER, Okla. (AP) -- Rescue workers recovered the body of a 15-year-old Kingfisher boy from a flood-swollen creek Sunday morning, more than two days after he disappeared after jumping from a suspension bridge.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Jesse Taylor was found about 2:30 a.m. after authorities rerouted the flow of Uncle John's Creek in Kingfisher.
The body was found about one-and-a-half miles downstream from where he jumped into the flood-swollen creek Thursday afternoon.
