VERA, Okla. (AP) -- An Owasso man died Sunday after the ultralight aircraft he was flying clipped an electrical line and crashed. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 57-year-old James Kyle was flown in critical condition to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he later died.
Kyle was flying the lightweight aircraft about 5 1/2 miles west of Vera in Washington County about 10:40 Sunday morning when he crashed.
