SEATTLE (AP) -- The Seattle SuperSonics complete a series of front office moves today, including the hiring of Scott Perry as an assistant general manager.
Earlier in the week, the Detroit Pistons said on their Web site that Perry, the team's former director of player personnel, was expected to assume his new role in Seattle when contract details were finalized.
Perry was hired by the Pistons as a college scout in 2000. Before that, he was coach at Eastern Kentucky for three seasons.
The Sonics also announced that Rich Cho would remain with the organization as an assistant general manager in charge of contracts and the collective bargaining agreement.
Cho is the only holdover from the Sonics' previous management.
