LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Some gifts from Kris Kringle should stay wrapped. Los Angeles Police say a man in a Santa hat was arrested for investigation of drunken driving after he was spotted outside Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood wearing a wig, a red lace camisole and a purple G-string.
The man, who is 6-4 and 280 pounds, also wore black leg warmers and black shoes.
He was booked and later released on $5,000 bail.
A deputy chief says they're "pretty sure" this wasn't the real Santa.
