A Tulsa man is jailed on a complaint of driving under the influence. Tulsa police say his destructive streak began when he ran his Mustang over a couple of concrete barriers and into a ditch. The ditch apparently only slowed him down.
The driver plowed through a fence, almost hitting a group of construction workers.
His car finally came to a stop when it hit another concrete barrier and a fence at an apartment complex near 66th and Peoria.
