BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) More than 100 motorcyclists are expected to gather next weekend to help raise money for a local girl who was kidnapped and sexually assaulted. The motorcyclists will take part in the second annual Aloha! Winter Biker Ride. Event coordinator Kellyn Thoene says money raised during the event will be given to the family of the 5-year-old to spend as they wish.
The girl was kidnapped on September 20th while playing in her Broken Arrow front yard. She was found about 45 minutes later, seven miles away, just inside Wagoner County.
Police said she had been sexually assaulted. No one has been arrested in the case.
Police say a $144,750 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the kidnapper.
