This week's Catch A Crook report focuses on an unsolved murder. News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports that a killer is still on the loose, which adds to a family's pain of not knowing what happened.
Matthew Douglas was found dead following a shooting on October 16 at 11:20 p.m. in the 800 block of North Harvard. Officers were called to the scene because someone had heard shots being fired. Officers arrived to find Douglas’ vehicle crashed into a fence.
"When they got there, they found the individual, Matthew Adrian Douglas, shot dead inside the vehicle,†said Officer Leland Ashley of the Tulsa Police Department.
Police believe the shooting actually happened in the parking lot of the apartments at 3316 East Marshall Street, a short distance away.
"We have pretty good leads, but are hoping for some more information to help close this case," said Officer Leland Ashley.
The information gathered will help police and Douglas' grieving family.
