LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Police in California say a congressman's three grandsons who were reported missing are thought to be safe, and with their mother.
Authorities are calling it an abduction, stemming from a custody dispute.
Congressman Gary Miller's son was supposed to be caring for the boys. But the family says their mother never dropped them off as planned.
Deputies say the children and their mother, Jennifer Dejongh, may be in Nevada. There's no word yet if there's a warrant for her arrest.
The children's mother and the congressman's son were never married, and she's now married to someone else.
