There's good news for Tulsa's American Airlines maintenance base. It has secured repair work on parts of a GE engine.

Workers at the Tulsa plant will do work on three of the most difficult-to-repair parts on that engine.

The new work won't mean new jobs, but should add stability to the maintenance base.
