Officers were called to a fight between a man and a woman at a local bar last night. Sergeant Brett Henson reportedly arrived at "Pat's Place" in Sapulpa to find 38 year-old William Terry Keef who’d been cutting himself with a knife. Captain Rick Rumsey says Keef did not respond to Sgt Henson’s demands.
Capt. Rick Rumsey Sapulpa Police "The officer told the subject to drop the knife. The subject kept advancing toward the officer, and the officer shot him."
Police say they don’t know how many times Sergeant Henson shot Keef but Witnesses say they heard several shots. Henson is on routine leave pending the outcome of an O-S-B-I investigation.
