The verdict is in for the brother of former Oklahoma Congressman JC Watts.

Lawrence Watts was found guilty of first degree manslaughter in a non-jury trial in McIntosh County.

Judge Steven Taylor rejected Watts' claims of self defense. Watts is charged with the shooting death of Anthony Greco outside Watts' restaurant in Eufaula last year.

Watts will be formally sentenced next month.
