A soldier from Tulsa has been named September's Soldier of the Month for Task Force Olympia. It's headquartered in Mosul, Iraq.

Specialist Bradly Moore is a nurse technician at St. Francis Hospital. He graduated from Union High School in 1997.

His brigade spokesman says Moore was chosen because of professionalism, physical fitness and military bearing.

He's been in the Army Reserve for two years and was deployed to Iraq in February.
