One Oklahoma family is enjoying some time with their soldier who surprised them. National Guardsman Robert Pineiro came home on a two-week leave a little earlier than expected.

He's been serving the last six months in Iraq.

The first thing on Panero's "to do" list was a visit to church with his family, and a proposal for his girlfriend. We're told she said "yes."
