A follow-up on a Sequoyah County commissioner caught on tape stealing his opponent's campaign signs last month.

Incumbant Sequoyah County commissioner Lewis Warren lost to his opponent Steve Carter in Tuesday's run-off election.

Carter's victory was by a more than 2 to 1 margin.
