Representatives from Tulsa’s American Red Cross chapter are on the way to Florida. Two volunteers boarded the truck that is called EmTrac Friday and headed to Bradenton, Florida to help with hurricane charley disaster relief.

EmTrac is a 53 foot tractor trailer equipped with computers, fax machines, telephones and other equipment. It's designed to function as a mobile communication center.

Volunteer JoAnn Woody says she's excited to go. Friday's volunteers join 9 other Oklahomans helping with hurricane disaster relief.
