A familiar clown took a break from the fast food business yesterday to visit some kids at Tulsa hospital. Ronald McDonald spent the day clowning around with kids at the Saint Francis Children's Hospital. The famous clown has a history of helping others. His "Ronald McDonald House" offers parents of sick children a place to stay while their child is in the hospital. Saturday, though, was all about the kids.

Ronald McDonald: "I think what makes it special for the kids is we're there giving them a little bit of attention one on one I'm somebody they know and we're here to have some fun with them."

Ronald McDonald tells us he has a big fundraiser coming up for the Ronald McDonald House called "McDazzle".
