Federal health officials say Oklahoma has one of the lowest rates of vaccinating toddlers on time.
They say only 70.5% of 19-to-35 month olds get their main series of vaccinations on time. That makes the third worst rate in the nation behind Colorado and Louisiana. The national average is 79%.
The goal is to have 80% of children get vaccinations on time by the year 2010.
