Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson filed a motion Tuesday to get Creek County Judge Donald Thompson immediately removed from the bench.

Thompson came under investigation after one of his employees reported seeing him place a pump on his private parts and operate it while court was in session. Thompsonâ€™s attorney says the allegations are absolutely not true, saying the pump was a gag gift.

Tuesday's motion also addresses a jury docket Thompson is to preside over next month, saying it would be completely inappropriate for him to hear those cases under the current circumstances.
