Oklahomans are buckling up at record rates. That's the word this morning from the state Highway Safety Office.
It says the annual seat belt usage for front-seat drivers has topped 80% for the first time. That's up from 76.7% last year.
The new figures push Oklahoma higher than the national average of 79%.
