Wagoner County authorities say they will not seek a prison sentence for a Porter teenager accused of fatally stabbing another student on a school bus.
Monday’s announcement should clear the way for 16-year-old Daniel Dillingham to enter a plea and avoid a trial. Dillingham is accused in the December killing of "Andy" Robinson.
The state Court of Criminal Appeals already ruled Dillingham can not be tried as an adult. Defense attorneys say a no-contest or guilty plea could come as early as this week.
