An Arkansas drug store chain is buying Tulsa-based May's Drug Stores.

USA Drug will take over 29 Drug Warehouse Stores and ten May's Drug Stores in northeastern Oklahoma and southwestern Missouri.

USA Drug will also take control of May's distribution center in Tulsa.

The sale price was not announced.
