Fireworks may be to blame for an early Tuesday morning fire that damaged a vacant building.

It happened at the Suburban Acres shopping center in the 4600 block of North Frankfort. The fire damaged an old barbershop and beauty salon.

Firefighters found fireworks debris outside the shop.
