There's new information in the case of a flasher caught on tape. Tulsa Police say just 60 seconds after a News on 6 story aired Tuesday night, the Crimestoppers tip line received a number of calls identifying the man accused of flashing a woman at a Tulsa store.
James Blissit turned himself in just as police were putting together an arrest warrant for him.
Police also contacted another woman who says a man exposed himself to her on the same day, a few hours earlier, a couple of miles away.
