Traffic related fatality accidents up this year

Oklahoma traffic fatalities are nearly a fourth higher so far this year, compared to a year ago. <br/><br/>The state Department of Public Safety says 299 people have died this year in traffic accidents.

Oklahoma traffic fatalities are nearly a fourth higher so far this year, compared to a year ago.

The state Department of Public Safety says 299 people have died this year in traffic accidents.

That compares to 242 at this time in 2003.54 people were killed in May alone.
