Police went to investigate a call of shots being fires in the 53-hundred block of west 11th street at about ten-thirty. Officers say a man had already been taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound TO the arm.
The victim was reportedly fighting with the homeowner over the sale of some tires. After the shooting the homeowner took off and hasn't been seen since.
