Broken Arrow Police have arrested a man accused of indecent exposure. Police say Daniel McKay is suspected in an incident at the Indian Springs Elementary school parking lot and another in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

Police say they plan to present the case to the Tulsa County District Attorney office, so charges can be filed.
