(Oklahoma City-AP) -- The US flag flying over the state Capitol today is flying in honor of an Oklahoma soldier.

The flag is in honor of Army Lieutenant Luke James, who was killed January 27th in Iraq.

James grew up in Hooker and was a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

James was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division.
