(Stillwater-AP) -- A Stillwater man has been charged with illegally videotaping his female roommate in the bathroom.

Daniel Lawrence Shaw is held on $5,000 bond at the Payne County Jail.

Police arrested the 23-year-old on a warrant for four counts of illegally using photographic, electronic or video equipment to watch a person.

Shaw's roommate told Stillwater police she saw something under the bathroom door when she got out of the shower. The roommate told police she opened the door and found Shaw with a camera attachment for his palm pilot.

Police say they found three nude images of the roommate on Shaw's computer.

Shaw's next court appearance is scheduled for May 4th.
