An eight month old baby is in serious condition after being kicked by the father.

Tulsa Police say 35-year-old Enrique Marrufo was fighting with his wife at the Canyon Creek Apartments near 2200 East 51st Street and became violent. Officers say Marrufo kicked the baby's mother a number of times. At least one of the blows struck the baby.

Marrufo is in the Tulsa County jail facing a variety of charges. Bond is set at $100,000.
