(Tulsa-AP) -- The Drillers continue a four-game set against Arkansas tonight after splitting the first two games.
Jason Aspito hit his first two home runs of the season and drove in three runs Thursday night as the Travelers beat Tulsa 7-to-2.
Aspito gave the Travelers a 3-0 lead in the fourth with a two-run home run to left field off Sean Green. He added a solo homer to right-center in the sixth.
Jason Mathis homered to lead off the eighth inning for Arkansas, and the Travelers added two unearned runs for a 7-to-1 lead as the Drillers made two errors in the inning.
Tim Bittner gave up only two hits and one earned run over five-and-two-thirds innings to move to 2-and-0 on the season.
Travis Anderson gave up one run in three innings. He took the loss and fell to 0-and-1.
