A Kansas, Oklahoma, daycare remains closed while its owners face allegations they let the children watch pornography.
The News on 6 first to tell you about the investigation Wednesday night. News on 6 reporter Emory Bryan says the investigation started with a couple of children who told their parents they were touched where they shouldn't have been by the man and woman who run Evelyn's daycare in Kansas, Oklahoma.
Delaware County Sheriff's deputies started investigating - and say they found pornography - both magazines and movies in the daycare that they believe was shown to the children.
The daycare is a 24 hour operation, but it closed suddenly Tuesday - just before investigators arrived and they have so far not located the owners - Boyd and Evelyn Luper.
Deputies have heard from the parents who used the daycare. Delaware County Sheriff Rick White: "Our investigators worked almost all night last night with phone calls doing interviews and are still doing interviews today and I expect that continue for the next several days."
The sheriff says he believes the Lupers will turn themselves in. They've already been charged with lewd molestation - and the sheriff says a range of other charges is likely.
