Double-murder suspect Scott Eizember was back in a Creek County District Court Wednesday morning.
He was in court in Bristow for his arraignment hearing. Wednesday, the Creek County DA filed a bill of particulars, which asks the court to seek the death penalty against Eizember.
Eizember is accused of killing AJ and Patsy Cantrell and beating up his girlfriend's mother and teenage son. The daughters of the Cantrell's say the death penalty is the only way to go to seek justice for their parents. "This happened in October, my birthday was the day after Thanksgiving. We just didn't have holidays this year. And now they've set this date for about a year exactly to the day he murdered 'em."
A trial date of October 26th was set for Eizember.
