(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma taxpayers will be able to send some of their tax refund to help pay the debt for putting a dome on the state Capitol.

Governor Brad Henry signed a bill that calls for a check-off box on state tax forms for donations.

About $5-million is still owed on the dome.
